Matello Motors builds the booking, follow-up, and local marketing systems that keep appointment-based businesses full — auto shops, salons, home services, studios. We get paid when your calendar does.
Matello Motors — Shop Plate
You already know your trade. The work is good — the chair's full some days and empty on others, the reviews are fine, the regulars keep coming back. What's missing usually isn't talent. It's the follow-through: the missed call that never got returned, the no-show that never got rebooked, the happy customer who was never asked to come back.
That's where the revenue is actually leaking — and it's rarely visible until someone goes looking for it.
We go through your booking line, your calendar, and your reviews the way a mechanic goes through an engine — to find exactly where customers are falling out of the system.
We install the booking, follow-up, and review systems your business actually needs — built to run quietly in the background, not another dashboard for you to log into.
We run the local marketing that fills the calendar — built for how appointment businesses actually get found, not a generic ad template dropped into your market.
Every appointment is tracked back to the dollar. You see exactly what showed up, because that's the only thing you ever pay us for.
Appointment slots and bay time that need to stay full, every single week — not just when business is slow.
Chairs and treatment rooms that live or die on rebooking, not on walk-in luck.
HVAC, plumbing, and electrical crews that need the phone to ring before the truck ever rolls.
Class-based businesses where one missed follow-up is a quietly lost membership.
Work Order No. 001
We don't invoice a management fee until your calendar is actually fuller. If the appointments don't show up booked and shown, you don't owe us for showing up.
Signed — Matello Motors
Matello Motors is led by two founders who built this as the partner they wished they'd had: no jargon, no twelve-month contract, no invoice until the work is actually showing up on your calendar.
Tim sets the direction for Matello Motors — where the business is headed, who it serves, and why pay-on-delivery is the only model he'd want to run a small business under. He spends his time on the relationships and ideas that open doors for clients, and on keeping the team focused on why a fuller calendar actually matters to the owner on the other end of it.
Ben runs the day-to-day — the plan actually getting done. If a client's calendar is filling up, a system is getting built, or a number needs to be real instead of hoped-for, that's Ben's seat. He's the one who turns "we should fix that" into something installed and running.
Tell us what you run and where the calendar's leaking. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help — no pitch, no twelve-month contract.
